Getting Started

If you follow us through these three steps, we’ll be done in no time…

1. Arrange an appointment for us to come and visit you

The initial instruction appointment lasts for approximately one hour. During this appointment we will guide you through everything you need to think about when it comes to creating your Will Instructions.

The appointment takes place at your home or we could even see you at work – wherever it suits you.

Appointments are available from:

10:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday

10:00am - 4:00pm Saturday

2. Drafting - This is the part where you can sit back and relax

Once we have taken down your instructions, we can begin to draft your Will documents for you.
The draft Will documents will then be provided to you for your approval (along with a commentary report to cut through all the legal jargon) before the final Will documents are produced for signing.

3. Signing & Validating your Will Document

As soon as your approval of the drafts has been received, the original documents can then be produced and sent to you to be signed and witnessed.
Once this has been done – you will be in possession of your very own valid Will instruction.
